We’re a small studio based in Spain, founded in 2026, and we work with clients anywhere in Europe. Our first client site is live at theunrushedmind.com; you can see for yourself how quickly it loads. Tomasz’s earlier work is at properpages.co.uk, his UK studio. He’s done much copywriting, design and publishing unofficially over the years, and this is the first time he’s working professionally under his name.
Every price below is a starting point. Your quote will name the exact figure, and once we’ve agreed it, it will stay fixed. Each build includes aftercare: hosting, monitoring and 30 minutes of changes a month. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% when the site is live.

Astro is a modern framework for content-led websites. It lets us send visitors lean pages and add JavaScript only where a feature needs it, which gives us direct control over performance. Organisations that use Astro include those named below.
For you, that can mean pages that open quickly on a phone, inexpensive hosting and no plugin updates breaking things on a Sunday. If you ever leave us, your site leaves with you, intact.

The €39 plan covers hosting, monitoring, updates and security, plus 30 minutes of changes every month. Text, photos, prices, opening hours, menus, testimonials: send them over on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll make them live within 1-2 working days. If you have a busier month, extra work is €50/hour, always quoted before we start. You can cancel the aftercare whenever you like.

The €59 plan covers your Google Business Profile: we handle posts, review responses and photos, and send you a short monthly report.

Because sites like yours change only a few times a year, and the changes that matter most are structural ones that an editing tool can’t make for you anyway. So you message us, and we make the change for you. Your site stays fast, and everything stays in your name. If you truly need a CMS, we’ll happily quote you one.
We make sure that every website we build can be found by search engines and AI tools. We do this by using semantic HTML, meta and Open Graph tags, schema.org markup, a sitemap and llms.txt. We build fast pages and test them before launch. This is the technical side of things, but it doesn’t guarantee rankings or AI citations. The rankings come from ongoing work, which is a separate service (aftercare).
The starting prices assume your content is ready. If you need any extra services, like copywriting, photos or translation, you can find them on this page. And once we’ve agreed on a quote, it won’t change.
A one-pager is live within 7 days of content sign-off, and a full site takes 3–4 weeks. If your content arrives late, the delivery date moves, but the price stays put.
We do. Aftercare includes 30 minutes of changes every month, made live within 1–2 working days, and a change across all your languages counts as just one. All you need to do is WhatsApp or email us.
Yes, happily. Copywriting is +€250 or +€500 (light / full) depending on how much you need. You can simply send us a document or rough notes, or talk it through in voice notes, and we’ll shape it into copy.
